These Terms & Conditions apply to all access and use of the tv66 website, mobile site, and all associated services, features, content, and products offered by tv66 (collectively, the "Platform"). Each individual player is permitted to hold only one (1) registered account on the tv66 Platform. The creation of duplicate, multiple, or linked accounts by the same individual is strictly prohibited and may result in the immediate closure of all associated accounts and forfeiture of all balances held within them.

When registering, you are required to provide accurate, complete, and truthful information, including your full legal name, date of birth, residential address, and a valid contact method. You must update your account information promptly if any details change. tv66 shall not be liable for any loss arising from your failure to maintain accurate account information.

As part of our Know Your Customer (KYC) obligations, tv66 may require you to submit one or more of the following documents before processing withdrawals or granting full account access:

• Proof of address (utility bill, bank statement, or official government correspondence dated within the last three months).

You may request a withdrawal of your available account balance at any time, subject to the conditions set out in this section. The minimum withdrawal amount is ৳500 unless otherwise stated. Withdrawals will be processed to the same payment method used for the most recent deposit, where technically possible, to comply with anti-money-laundering obligations.

Before your first withdrawal is processed, your account must have passed full KYC verification. All bonuses are subject to specific terms and conditions that are published alongside each respective offer. In the event of any conflict between a specific promotion's terms and these General Terms & Conditions, the specific promotion terms shall take precedence.

• Bonuses are only available to players who have a fully verified account unless explicitly stated otherwise.
• Each bonus offer may only be claimed once per player, household, IP address, device, or payment method unless the offer specifically states otherwise.
• Bonus funds and winnings derived from bonus funds are not withdrawable until all applicable wagering requirements have been satisfied in full.

All sports bets placed on the tv66 Platform are subject to the specific rules applicable to the relevant sport, competition, and market type. In the event of any ambiguity, tv66's interpretation of the applicable rules shall be final and binding.

You are responsible for checking your bet history to confirm that your intended bet has been placed correctly.

• Bets placed after the official start time of an event (where a pre-match market has not been designated as in-play) may be voided at tv66's discretion.

Match result determinations are based on official results as declared by the relevant governing body (e.g., ICC for cricket, FIFA for football). tv66's interpretation of the official result shall be final.

tv66's total aggregate liability to you in respect of any claim arising under or in connection with these Terms shall not exceed the total amount deposited by you into your tv66 account in the thirty (30) days immediately preceding the event giving rise to the claim.

tv66 does not warrant that the Platform will be uninterrupted, error-free, free from viruses, or that defects will be corrected. The Platform is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis. tv66 expressly disclaims all warranties, express or implied, to the extent permitted by law.

tv66 collects, processes, stores, and uses your personal data in accordance with its Privacy Policy, which is incorporated into this Agreement by reference and is available at tv66.onl/privacy-policy. By using the Platform and accepting these Terms, you also consent to the processing of your personal data as described in the Privacy Policy.

tv66 will not sell, rent, or otherwise disclose your personal data to third parties for marketing purposes without your explicit prior consent.
